How long does the glow last?
A full charge holds a visible glow for several hours — brightest in the first 30 to 60 minutes, then fading gradually through the evening. Recharge it as many times as you like. The pigment doesn't wear out.
How do I charge it?
Any light works. Fifteen minutes in daylight gives the strongest glow. Indoors, a minute under a bright lamp or a phone torch is enough for the evening.
Will it glow if I've been inside all day?
Yes, but more softly. Ceiling lights charge it slowly compared to daylight. Hold it under your phone torch for a minute before you head out and you'll get the full effect.
Does it glow under a sleeve?
It can't charge through fabric, so charge it before you cover it. Once charged, it keeps glowing whether it's covered or not.
Is this the cheap glow-paint kind?
No. Most glow jewellery uses zinc sulphide, which flares for a minute and dies. This uses strontium aluminate — roughly ten times the afterglow brightness and duration.
Will it fit her?
Yes. The chain has an adjustable slider that fits any wrist, so you don't need to know her size. The matching necklace is 18" with a 2" extender.
Will it turn her skin green?
No. Stainless steel, hypoallergenic and nickel-free. It won't tarnish, and it's fine to wear every day.
What if it stops glowing?
Email us and we'll replace it free, for as long as you own it. If it isn't right for any other reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
